Welcome to Zumba Fitness with Angel! Where Fitness is FUN! If you've never tried ZUMBA, now is the time to jump in and do it...In a fun, relaxed, caring atmosphere. It doesn't matter if you've got rhythm or two left feet, as long as you're ready to move and have fun, this is the place for you! The theme of the day is always "SHAKE, WIGGLE, GIGGLE!" It doesn't matter if you're doing the same move as me, or even turning the same way...and remember, it's a FITNESS class, not a dance class. You'll get the steps and you'll gain confidence in the moves. As a Weight Watchers Leader and maintaining an 80+ pound weight loss, I can tell you that ZUMBA works! So come join us for fun, fitness and friendship!
